Sorry I am writing in English. "Next to nothing" is not a synonym of "for a song" but just a related expression. "For next to nothing" would be. "Next to nothing" is a phrase working as a noun phrase or indefinite pronoun phrase, it meas "very little", while "for a song" is a prepositional phase working as an adverb and means "for very little" or "almost for free".
